Just Dial, a very known service in India and now they have expanded to USA also. Couple of months ago I got registered with Just Dial for getting clients from my local area – Kolkata. So here is my experience and Just Dial review.
What is Just Dial?
Before beginning with the review you have to know what they do? Just Dial is such a service, which helps you to get clients to your business. It doesn’t matter in which business you are – you can use it. Usually some people calls Just Dial number and asks for information about their problems, questions etc. Just Dial executives takes their queries and sends SMS messages with the client’s information that
Mr. X (Mobile number 0000) Is Looking For A Web Development Company At Park Street, Kolkata.
So you call him and if you are lucky then you get the job.
Now here, they have their own algorithm to give the job but I don’t like that at all! They send messages to many peoples – so usually everyone tries to call the person and finally the phone calls irritates the client!! Even one time I heard from a person that “Why so many peoples are calling me!!”
Wrong Form Entry!
Just Dial registers users via paper form, and they don’t give any online portal or account management system to the users or the businessmen. So, if you are registered in a wrong category (which is a typing mistake by their data entry guys as they are taking the entries from paper forms to computer) then you have to contact customer support for making it correct!! Now are you going to like this thing?
Very Bad Customer Support!!
When a company is running with such service then their customer support have to be strong!! But they haven’t!! In my case – I was enlisted to a category “Internet Service Providers (ISP)” though I have registered for “Web Development and Designing”. First I made a phone call to customer support, they asked me to drop an email to Kolkata@justdial.com and then to call back again!! I did so, and got a timeline of 48 hours for changing my business category! Imagine, 48 hours for changing a category!! But, after 48 hours the issue didn’t get solved, I was getting all leads to wrong category!! I sent total 5 emails and then finally they confirmed via email “The issue is resolved.” Okay that’s fine, but after their email till now I haven’t got any leads!! Funny!
Does it really convert calls to leads?
Well, as before I said I didn’t liked their way of providing calls, when more than 50 people are going to offer a people then the cost goes down and down and down… So usually you get a huge competition in cost and hence if your cost is high you’ll never get a call converted to a lead!
What is the cost of the service?
Just Dial maintains a long range of price variation. You can get subscribed as low as 500 INR per month to 1 Lakh INR. Depends on you! The number of client information is proportional to the amount you pay!!
Conclusion
I have sent them a request to stop my service as this is nothing but waste of time n’ money and not recommending anyone to get registered with Just Dial! Completely crap service, at least not useful for web guys! Do you have any experience with them? I will be happy to know them…

After getting done the changes in our software (Phone Search) the same will be update on our website within 48-72.

Does it really convert calls to leads?

Even I am facing the same problem. Justdial is not treating the business partners properly. For rs1500 if I don’t get Atleast three deals a month, it is a waste of time and money. And the sales team is giving all fake informations. my company name is localadclick. I want to de register from justdial. Please help me in this regard. For chennai justdial.

Do one thing, contact your Bank where you made the ECS and ask them to stop the Just Dial ECS service. So Just Dial will not receive money from your end, when they calls you regarding the stopped ECS, ask them to terminate your account.
They will not stop your account upon request, so you have to stop the payment at yourself and then they will stop the service!

just dial cheated me not paid my amount, they are running reseller program that fully cheating poor people, people think justdial is well reputed company so they invest in justdial for reseller, they will not paid your payment even will not not listen you , i listed 3100 entries with geo teg photoes they reject all entries if you ask the reason they will not tell you ,

myself facing the same problem. They entered in the wrong category and not changing on my request. They have been sending the ecs to the wrong bank instead of what i have given.
But iam punished. repeatedly they are doing the same mistake. No senior officials are taking. different person contacts in different times. very very poor frustrating organisation.
Money spent no businesss only mental agony received
Well, I don’t know about their paid services, and would probably never know because of my bitter experiences today! Enticed by their alluring claims, we (myself and my business partner) had arranged for one of their representatives to meet us at our office. The meeting was going pretty well, until I asked the rep to explain their algorithm/process for routing calls to paid advertisers with some examples. The guy started on some lengthy mumbo-jumbo sprinkled with random management terms, which was anything but answering my questions (which were cut short anyway by him). When I pointed that out, he suddenly became irate & rude and said that we’d need to visit their office for knowing more and he can’t help us any further. He started to pack his things to leave, and just before leaving made a comment to my partner to the effect that I was trying to confuse him (my partner) with deliberate “jingled” talks and cheat him (my partner) from a lucrative deal that he (the Justdial rep) was trying to provide. On this, for obvious reasons, I asked him to please get the f*** out of our office immediately. Now he showed his true colors and began to shout loudly and to threaten me! Yes! Threaten! Just like a common “goonda” (hooligan)! I could never have imagined that a company representative could behave that way with a prospective client (or anyone else for that matter)!
A tele-caller did get in touch with us soon after the incidence, and did apologize, but it didn’t seem she got the gravity or seriousness of the situation (threatening people is a cognizable offense as per law). She said that they’d be sending a more “polite” guy tomorrow, but frankly, the fact that Justdial employs even one such person (or should I say hooligan!) like the one we had the misfortune to meet as their company representative, leaves a real bad taste in our mouths!

justdial listings are bull shit not validated i have experienced a lot. 2months before i called up for justdial to get the details of candle light restaurants in Chennai , they have sent me 8 restaurant details in that only 2 are candle light restaurants. Again i have called justdial cc and informed them the same also asked them to send correct details but 2nd time also i got the same 8 restaurant details. One more example last week im searching for yoga classes near manali, Chennai. And i have called some of the phone numbers which were mentioned in listings those phone numbers are not properly validated some are not working, some are wrong numbers and some address are wrong. Im the customer for justdial since 2007 nowadays justdial is becoming one of the worst company.
This is Ravi we have paid Rs. 8441/- we are in to complete website designing and development company but they are sending other services massages like home cleaning services, need a book, need a mobile and etc..
We have send message raise ticket and complaint no use pls don’t go to just dial complete cheaters practically experience..
I Disagree with all the above mentioned complaints….if someone gets the inquiries and doesn’t know how to deal with it then that doesn’t mean that JUST DIAL is cheating them. If that so, then thousand n thousand of business peoples are enlisted with JUST DIAL, why don’t they come out with all this bullshit complaints, reason they are smart enough to utilize the inquiries they are getting from them. Only fools makes a complaint, smart peoples utilize them.

Let me give you an example – A company was registered for “Web Designing Services” and “JustDial” sent customers who are looking for “Internet Service Providers”. Now tell me, who is fool? Is it JustDial who doesn’t know the difference between “Web Designing Services” and “Internet Service Providers” or the company who stopped JustDial services after getting disturbed with this unwanted customers!
One thing I must say to you that – Businessmen doesn’t have so much time to make false arguments and complains! LoL!
